This was sent to me by a former member of the 194th GIR, 17th ABN. I believe that it is part of the "Airborne Walk" at Benning.

I also received an e-mail telling about the monument, including photos.

Great to see that a monument has been dedicated to this often forgotten important operation of WWII!

Interested in the 17th Airborne Division & 8th Armored Division!
