THESE WERE WRONGLY ATTACHED TO AN M1902 GNL. OFFICER'S FROCK COAT.

(GNL. J.T. BARTLETT, MARYLAND NG - ANYONE KNOW OF HIM??). I CAN'T DECIDE IF THEY'RE C.W. OR LATER. HELP PLEASE...

I think they are Indian Wars or later...Civil War period straps typically have the material open on the back and sew down around the edges so that you can see the buckram underneath....but those are still some nice looking straps!
