  1. Dear, I'm just asking me what are the regulations in regard to the copyright for photographies taken by soldiers during their military service. I mean, i've read on some places : "this image is a work of a US Army soldier or employee, taken or made as part of that person's official duties. As a work of the US federal government, the image is in the public domain". Or "This work is in the public domain in the United States because it is a work prepared by an officer or employee of the United States Government as part of that person's official duties under the terms of Title 17
