Actively collecting all US Military Slide-on Ribbon Bars from the Civil War to infinity and beyond!
  1. BTW, I'm looking for one with or without a clutch back ribbon mount.
  2. Hello. I have a question about the Navy Presidential Unit Citation with Blue Star device. The only authentic ones I have ever seen were the 1/2" wide (Fat ones) with a pin back. Looks like some of them might be slide-on with a pin back ribbon mount perhaps? Were there any issued of the 1 3/8" x 3/8" size, slide-on type w/o pin back and if so, what company(ies) produced them i.e. N.S. Meyer, Vanguard for example??? Thanks!
  3. I thought I remembered a post on this website about someone who had General MacArthur's or Gen Patton's ribbon rack reproduced? I collect ribbon bars of US and Foreign-issued to US military personnel and I am trying to find old ribbon bars with rosettes and devices, etc. like those on MacArthur's uniform which are extremely difficult to find! It's like finding a needle in a haystack. Also Vietnam ribbon bars with rosettes and Korean ribbons issued to senior ranking military personnel. I just saw a French Legion of Honor (Grand-Croix) [image below] pop-up on eBay and it sold before
  4. Thanks Joe! I've never seen this configuration before. It was very puzzling to me.
  5. I would like to know what ribbon bar this ribbon bar with an "A" device. Thanks!
