Navy Shoulder patch cir. 1960's
Pack Rat replied to JRobinson's topic in NAVY, COAST GUARD AND OTHER SEA SERVICES PATCHES
I think it's called ex-apprentice. Cheers, -D -
The bottom OD patch is the same design for the 320th Field Artillery DI. The motto translates to "Willing and Able". Cheers, -D

Thanks Ski. You are the best. Cheers, -D -
Hey gang, I came across this patch in a lot I just purchased. It doesn't look American, but I asking for you opinion. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e314/Sun...GFREEDOM212.jpg It says Operation Enduring Freedom, but shows the Persian Gulf region. Anyone have an idea who issued this or is it just a poor, generic copy? Thank you in advance for your help. Cheers, -D

Maybe I should ask my question differently. What do female Specialist's wear on the modern dress blue uniform that has replaced the old, green class A? Are they the small type I have shown above or are they the full size? Thanks, -D

Thank you for the link and great info. Cheers, -D

Hey gang, I have some blue Specialist chevrons for the dress blue uniform. When were they used and since the Army has adopted the dress blue as the class A, would the Specialist rank shown be used for the female uniform today? Thank you in advance for your help. Cheers, -D

Hey gang, I just came across some subdued sleeve rank and wondered what the size meant. Is it a male female thing and if so what time frame were they worn? Thank you in advance for your help. Cheers, -D

Hey gang, This came in a large lot on military items I just purchased. What is this clear, vinyl bag used for? I'm assuming it's military with what looks like a M-16 bullet and Vietnamese instructions. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e314/SunWray/VINYLBAG.jpg Thank you in advance for your help. Cheers, -D
