  4. Hello, I recently learned that my great grandfather served in WW1 for the United States. I spoke to my grandmother and she gave me some details along with his serial number. My question is, is there a website that allows me to search a serial number with immediate results?

  7. What would this be called, if not a haversack? What would fit the definition of a haversack?
  8. Not sure if this is a reproduction haversack or not. Can someone help? I dont know enough about them to tell. I dont believe it had any markings or stamps. These are the only two pics that I have. Any help is appreciated.
