  1. I would definitely say NO. Not Safe...
  2. Definitely a South of the Border Copy. If you google "Mexican Copy Colt Single Action" you will find several identical examples. The ones I have seen had a variety of markings, all of which showed no grasp of the English language...
  3. These are generally South of the Border copies... I am used to seeing humorous barrel addresses, like "The Very Best Revolver", with spacing and spelling confusing everything. I see "Revolver" in the first line, possibly "Colt" in the second. More pictures would help.
