  1. Contact Josh Segal of LOST LEGION @ 703-798-2889 he can give ya the rundown. I'm not sure what town he's in but I think it's Munich. He's a regular dealer at the Show Of Shows. Tell him I sent you. Pat Quinn of World War Patches
  2. Website coming soon! I'll still be on eBay but will move the bulk to the new website. I will discount anything on eBay to members of this forum. I will update a link to the website as soon as it's ready.
  3. I didn't for the same reason as IH & PC. I just hope a new collector gets em.
  4. I didn't start the thread, sorry your feathers got ruffled. Have a happy 4th.
  5. <(*_*)> I just posted what's in my Insignia of the AEF book. I'm pretty sure the engineer's had gun's to defend themselves.
  6. Item was removed. Reply from seller> Hi, thanks again for the info I canceled the item because of what you said. Now I am curious to why you think or how you know the patch is a fake. I am good friends with the guy I got the patch from. His name is Jon Lavin and he still says the patch is real and that he had one and sold it and had no problem with anyone saying its a fake. Thanks for your time Brad
  7. Opps, posted on wrong thread, The seller of this patch knows 100% that it's fake. The canceled was the other fake OSS, an Airborne patch. I'll post the sellers reply there. Thanks patchguy
  8. No way you can't either. Beatin a dead horse here. More were made in the 60's than the 50's so why not say 60's. It's a no-glow cut edge 101st patch that will look good in any collection tagged WW2 to 60's.

  11. When I lived in Boston as a boy and walked 5 miles up hill both ways to school in the dead of winter we wore woolies, it was full body underwear. It also is any patch that is cotton embroidery on wool.
  12. Howdy folks, Just thought I'd share this with U all. Fresh outta an album.
  13. Kewl Thanks for the info....now who wants it....I don't sell these. 1st one to pm me an address will get it.
  14. This is a No-Glow cut edge......was part of a large WW 2 collection
  15. The one on the left was removed from a album put together in the 40's and is WW 2 era.
  16. I don't have a bad thing to say about that site, but it's a bit corn fuzzing to me, sub variants of sub variants and then some. Half the TYPES all look the same to me. I never put a TYPE on the 101st I sell because there is always someone tellin me I have it id'ed wrong. I have 50 or so 101st patches but only 1 with the yellow tab.
  17. Any of U experts on 101st have an opinion as to the age of the Yellow one. It's NO-GLOW and burns good.
  18. Here's a rare WW 2 one with an attached tab.

  21. Don't get ripped..... http://www.ebay.com/itm/ORIGINAL-WW2-US-ARMY-OSS-AIRBORNE-PARATROOPER-PATCH-/121132901989?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c34156665
  22. Thanks kiaiokalewa Great reading. I'm thinking the patch could have been the real deal, not a 1st run but a made for the unit patch. Seeing how the 1st ones were junk or cheaply made.
  23. How U do dat? (*_*) So what do U think about dat patch?
