  1. As of 5th September 2016, there are only 231 books left from the print run of 1000. This is the only book you will ever need on this subject. Don't miss out, order your's today! http://www.chrisaphotography.com
  2. yeah hopefully - been there, done that, don't want to do it again!
  3. I will be there all week as usual working on the Victory Marquee etc. Ashley
  4. aaarrrgghhhhh! Did not see that one for sale Right up my street!
  5. Awesome. Just awesome! Well done on a brilliant job there.
  6. Lots and lots, but this record attempt was just for MA, MB, GP, GPW, M201 etc (the WWII type jeep) A
  7. We had our 42 Willys there which has a folding litter/stretcher rack on the back. Unfortunately, it spent the week in the shadows as a workhorse and was not seen by many people (we were working on the show so did not get to take it in to the arena for the jeep record attempt. The 1/3 scale jeep bodies are made by a friend of mine here in Sweden. I am planning on getting one for when my boy is old enough Ashley
  8. WELL! After getting here last Thursday and working solid ever since, I can happily report that the first public day today went very well without any major problems! The new show venue is excellent and has a great feel to the event. There have been complaints about toilets - but they were all working perfectly and spotless when they were opened - they are just used by animals.......... Ashley
  9. Go to; http://www.mreinfo.com/ and join the forum there. Everything you ever wanted to know about MREs and other rations and lots of folk who collect them etc. A
  10. A great Collection you have there!
  11. Likewise what evryone else has said here - collect what YOU want to collect. Personally, I collect US Army from the 1930s to the present day, USAF from 1947 to 1980s, British Army in WWII and the 1950s, and Swedish Army 1930s to 1950s. Lots and lots of scope to collect lots of "goodies" in that lot. perhaps this explains why i am Always broke! A
  12. Early USAF (not AAF) issued intermediate flying trousers. They came with a matching 4 pocket shirt and a baseball cap with fold down ear/neck. Made first in OD, then Blue, and finally Sage green. There was a thread about them somewhere on here. A
  13. Also rather envious! Well done! A
