My question is Why? Why take out so many? If it's true he was unhappy about being deployed why not just do yourself in? Why so many innocents? It seems to be the M.O. of many of these types.

looks like he went on a one man JIHAD / HOLY WAR

maybe he could be a sleeper cell terrorist that has assimilated into the US military and the attack was planned by a terrorist organization.

As a side note, there were witnesses claiming he called out Allah Akbar during the massacre.

As I've mentioned on other forums discussing this, it's wierd that I just went through the exact building in June prior to coming over here to Iraq. We also had our training "graduation" ceremony in the theater that I guess had something to do with this whole attack too. It's pretty wierd. I have to wonder if any of the people I cursed in my mind at the time for making me wait endlessly in line at each processing station are no longer with us. Hmmm....makes me think...and of course feel terrible for them and their families.
