I have for over 15 years a "Texas Medal of Honor"
without ribbon
weight: 120 gramm

On reverse: "TEXAS LEGISLATURE TO"

To large and heavy to wear as a normal full size medal,
should be used with a neck ribbon.

Someone out there who have more information.

Worn on a green neck ribbon with a pad like the Medal of Honor (a white star on the pad).
