Forum, I have tried to find what OBJ means but only can come up with meaning Objective. I am sure the answer will be here on the forum. Thanks, Bill

It is silver coated. Where the silver has been worn off it looks like bronze or brass.
Appears to me its an expert shooting badge someone has modified to their personal tastes and use, never seen anything like it ...

The OBJ letters look like they were soldered on and the aging is consistant. I have never seen an expert pin badge before.

my guess is this is for some kind of ROTC group...maybe .22 rifles and such. or an academy
