I have never seen that one before. It seems to have the look of a 1950's era plus first aid kit.

This one looks Post War from the Snake bite kit

HI! it is a post war box and has new medical supplies in it. VERY hard to find an original(WWII), that has not been "Demilled". The originals came with morphine so they were long ago emptied and replace with civilian supplies. The top handle has been removed as well on this version. Still nice piece!
