B-17 "Dottie" crashed in Switzerland Feb. 27, 1945

For almost a year I researched the crash of a B-17 near my hometown in Switzerland. Now, the story is completed and can be found on my website below.

The plane belonged to the 15th Air Force, 97th Bombardment Group (Heavy), 414th Squadron an had its base on Amendola Air Base, Foggia / Italy.
