Here is a pretty obvious reproduction IMHO of a very rare patch on a officer 4 pocket.

Pacific Theatre and European Theatre..with 3 campaign stars!?! The supposed officer certainly got about a bit..and only a 1st Lt after all of that? Plus an out-of-sequence Good Conduct ribbon?! As my old mum used to say.."If something looks too good to be true..." You know the rest. My advice would be Caveat Emptor....Buyer beware! ( Just my 2 pence worth!)

The out of sequence ribbon bar doesn't bother me. It looks like a pinback and they can get turned around over the years. What bothers me is the reproduction patch that some poor sod could drop a bundle on. The jacket and the other stuff doesn't amount to more that maybe $100 tops on a good day. If someone buys the story they would be bidding for the patch. It could cost them somewhere between $1000 and $2000 for a nice looking piece of junk.
