usmcski Posted October 14, 2009 #1 Posted October 14, 2009 Greetings All! As the Topic states, does anyone have any proof (photographic or otherwise) that AMTRAC crews ever used tanker helmets in WWII/Korea? I am working on a museum project and want to accurately depict a TRACker from WWII. I've seen plenty of pics of them with steel pots, but not the leather Rawlings-type helmets. Also, would an M26 life preserver be appropriate? Thanks for the help! Semper, Ski
