Guy's
I tried to keep up with this outrageous auction, I finally find out who is the (lucky) winner...... and sent him this email

Hello
I just want to let you know about this auction that it is not an original civil war uniform or anything described by the seller, this is a 1931 french uniform,we told the seller about is mistake but he didn't remove the auction on purpose, please check the topics about this at http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/ind...showtopic=55191

this uniform cost about $350.00 top...
I'm a legitimate military dealer, I just can't let someone get ripped off without saying anything...
feel free to check my website to see who I am.

regards
william

now let's see if we 'll get a response....
to be continued...................

I quote from his own website, ‘’Owner James Weiderman, is most proud of what sets us apart from all others’’ think.gif rolleyes.gif

So its obvious that he knows what he is doing. His auctioneer Terry Wilson supposedly has over twenty years of experience. Hmm I find that hard to believe, even with my limited knowledge of civil war uniforms i knew it was wrong. thumbdown.gif
