Picked this up two days ago at Goodwill. Has anyone ever seen this type of buckle before? Does anyone else have one? Is it Vietnam era? There are no marks on it except solid brass, looks like something used to be written on the inside, just a bunch of numbers. Thanks for any replies in advance.

Looks like a mini CIB from around the Korean war era, or just after, applied to a buckle.
