Dave I believe Allan was asking for a photo of the particular style of vest he had posted.I know I have seen it dozens of times before but never take the time to save those photos.The pictures i posted are out of "spearheading D-Day" there are at least 10 to 20 pictures in there!!

Allan , one will be surprised were good pictures turn up, I often visit used book stores and thumb through pictorials and such and libraries.Atleast there is one good pucture in each.Only once have I bought a book for one picture.

Here is one dated some time in 45. My friend said that the original owner was at the auction and confirmed that it was his and he wore it as a CB on Guam (post invasion)
