I just got this today. I read through all of the posts on tanker helmets including the pinned one. I was told that this is one of the ones that came out of India. I was also told that it is an original WWII US Tanker helmet. If it is not please say so as I can return it. I have posted pics of the front, side, back top and inside. Any comments are welcomed. Also what is a price to pay for this helmet?

Looks like you have a nice unissued WWII Wilson M-38 tanker helmet there....hard to say an exact price but they go for $150-$250 range and usually larger sizes go for more $$........mike
Always looking for and buying 50's era 11th Airborne/ 187th ARCT/ 82nd Airborne tac mark painted jump helmets!

Would someone post a pic of the correct goggles to go with this helmet.
Here's a picture of the M1938 Resistal goggles. But you can also use the Polaroid Type 1021 goggles or M1944 Goggles which are easier to find.
Nice helmet you've got there
