A friend sent this to me. Is this not the most unbelievable picture you have ever seen??? Has anyone came across this picture before? This is comprised of 18,000 officers and men Titled: The Human Statue of Liberty at Camp Dodge Des Moines IA Col WM Newman Commanding Col Rush S. Wells Directing Thanks Chad
