Got this snapshot today which might be either American or Frenchman( I am unable to tell by his uniform) behind the wheel of ambulance vehicle in WW1. I know there were many American ambulance personnel at the front. French flag is mounted to sideboard. Note fire extinguisher above rubber bulbed horn.ambu001.jpg
