Roger that on "Occupied Japan", and I did it as a joke..thinking some woold think it was a WW2 midget sub

Japanese tin toys such as this can be quite pricy in the Japanese toy collector market.
This is the kind of item one would see on the first floor at Mandrake in Nagoya.
What is the maker of this sub?
