Double Buckle Boot Sole restore

I have a nice pair of Double Buckle Boots that I wear from time to time. The old Good year soles were in good shape, but on the right shoe, about 3inches from the tip of the sole the boot sole split from 1 side to the other. I know the old rubber can do this from time to time. the leather underneath is perfectly fine. I put some shoe goo in the split and repaired it that way.
My question is where can I buy full length soles so I can have a shoe repairman replace the soles.
Does anyone have any ideas of 1st where I can buy good replacements? I know "AT THE FRONT" has a guy who the recommend who will do replacements for boots, and WWII IMPRESSIONS has someone they recommend, but I was hoping to find some good soles 1st before I send them off to be fixed.
Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone else done this with good results? Photos of the results?
I really appreciate any and all help!!!
Thanks

Can I make a suggestion? Preserve your WW2 originals and wear repros instead?

I dont wear them much,
If I cant find any soles, then I will just leave them as is and find a good repro pair.
I just have not been that pleased with the way many Repro's look ya know?
