Are these the correct chevrons for a Marine Corporal that served from 1951-1953?

Which uniforms would these have been worn on? Everything but the dress blues?

those are worn on the Green "alpha" uniform. Look like WW2 era to me but still okay for Korea I believe.

These are OK for 1954 thru 1958. In '58 the crossed rifles were added.

Hum, so the narrower chevron were pre-1954? Like the first photo posted?
