USMCRECON Posted August 17, 2007 Share #1 Posted August 17, 2007 I'm getting ready to leave for a business trip and thought, since I was on the computer anyway making a last check of my e-mail, I thought I'd go ahead and post a couple pictures of this uniform from my collection before shutting down. The tunic is a rather small size (36R) and seems to have been tailored to a rather athletic build; the waist belt is sewn directly to the blouse except for the front. Already I looked innumerable officers uniforms with The Ruptured Duck patch and many times had said me could not possible. Please, is possible or not? Please, is possible or not? Definitely possible. It wasn't regulation, but it happened anyway (I've owned multiple officers' uniforms with the ruptured duck and they've been 100% legitimate). I agree, excellent tunic showing the indivduality of the pilots and how they had their uniforms tailored. And yes, impressive grouping of awards.
