Can anyone date this Oklahoma NG medal for me? The pin attachment is similar to a wrap broach. Is there any value to it? Any info is appreciated!

Justin

Schottzie,
I can't tell you the date, but it looks like the Oklahoma Long Service Award (10 years). There is a chart of the Oklahoma State awards at the following website: http://www.frontiern.../US/NG/Ngok.gif.

Good luck at jump school! If you get off post, there is a a Confederate Naval Museum located near. Hit the Infantry museum if you get a chance. Of course, there is always Victory Drive for your evening's entertainment!

I know what Victory Drive is now...We get warned about its evilness (except for Ranger Joe's of course) almost daily, haha.

Dates probably from the 1950s. You'll see them around $20-25.
