THAT GUY Posted February 10, 2010 Share #51 Posted February 10, 2010 A question I have never been able to get answered... Is there anything in any manual anywhere giving instructions for what a soldier is to do if he is "odd man out" and there is no one to join up with to create a tent? I find it very hard to believe this wasn't addressed as it had to happen quite often in the field. Tom  When my Grandpa was in basic he was doing the Bouivac or however you spell it. He told me that there was an extra guy and that he had to sleep in my Grandpa's tent. He was short enough to fit in between both folding poles. That was during Korea so I imgaine they had the tents with 2 closed ends. Sam
Cranehunter11 Posted January 14, 2017 Share #52 Posted January 14, 2017 I have a pair of these quarters as well. They still serve duty catching brass at the range from my Garand and Carbine.
