The item in this post is a decal featuring the insignia for West Coast Shipyard Workers.

This design eas created by Disney artist Hank Porter in July 1945. The insignia features a beaver repairing ships. Against a background of cranes, the beaver says "I'm Busy, S.C.R.A.M." S.C.R.A.M. is an acronym for Ship Construction Repair and Maintenance."

According to a newspaper article the Navy's Industrial Incentive Division said the design could be, "...placed on helmets, lunch boxes and windshields, or worn as a cloth shoulder patch similar to the combat insignia worn by fighting men on the front."

I like the toolbox, it is always neat to see the decals used on vintage items.  Thanks for posting.
