Old Marine Posted March 13, 2010 Author Share #34 Posted March 13, 2010 The Diorama measures 11x14 inches, the trees stand 12 inches. The figures are the old 1:32nd scale Airfix multi-pose figures, that have been heavily altered. Each figure was cut up and repositioned to relate to what is going on around him. The Machine gun is a "Commander's Brass" 1:32nd scale piece, those are a bit expensive, but worth it, the detail is exquisite. There are 20 Japanese and 3 Marine figures. The foliage is, sticks, roots, paper, brass, feathers and anything else I could find that looked right. Everything was painted with model acrylics and Gouache. Thanks for the nice comments.
