Yea, I remember that one. I drove 30 dang miles to buy that advertised "WWII Uniform" at an auction. It does have a lot of "eye candy" though!

What would Armor/TD without the Tanker's Helmet?

Rawling's, size 7 3/8, almost mint with R-14 receivers, M-44 goggles and original Beanie (size M).
Sorry for the somewhat blurred pictures, it was taken with my old camera (pre-digital era).

This is my other armor uniform.

attached to the first Cav during Desert Shield/Storm.

By the way great stuff here.

This tradition was started by George Patton when he was commander of this unit.

The patch should be where the heart of the man is.

The right sleeve is for the unit u where in combat with.

"Tradition"said and all manoevre and older tankers of the 2nd armored wore their patches on the chest as a mark of "long service" to the new GIs

GSP started the tradition during the manoevres of 1941

I have a pair of HBT coveralls with the 2nd patch on the breast

Here's my only armored grouping, named to Harold Eibest. I also have his discharge papers and bronze star document. The strange thing is, his bronze star wasn't awarded until the 1960s. I'm the 2nd person to own this grouping since the family sold it.

First up, his medals, patch, and dog tags.

Lloyd, as you can see on the picture it are 2 diffrent DUI's.

Left one is marked: NSMEYERINC N.Y.C.

Right one is marked: GEMSCO

I was told the set was from 1 man. But i dont know it, i use the DUI and Patch for my collage about my adoption grave.
