Sorry; I didn't notice that earlier and posted a couple WW-I photos. From this point on, I'll stick to WW-II photos....my mistake. This is a 1st Marine Captain (later Maj). Last time I was at the Marine Historical Division, I loopked over his rofficer records and there were two identical photos in it; one was attached to the jrecors jacket and one was loose. they gave me the loose one. I knopw, this was taken during the Korean War but he served with distinction in WW-II as well. His Navy Cross and two Silver Srars were won in WW-II.
