Hi,

Im trying to locate 4 Vietnam era 45 mags. Does anyone know of a source were to find them? and are there any contractsnr that I should look for?

Original packaging for that era magazine usually means wrapped in brown VPI paper inside heat sealed plastic sleeves with contract numbers, date, etc stamped on the outside of the sleeve. I've not seen nomenclature stamped on the bottom of known 60s and 70s era magazines but they normally exhibit heavy spotwelds attaching the tube to the baseplate.

I don't know a source except searching at gun shows or the firearm auction sites.
