Here's today's garage sale find:

These are ID'd to a WWI officer (note the rank on the tags). I haven't found much on his military service, but after the war he became a judge.

This came in to a local antique mall where I set up a Memorial Day display. 1951 dated, 344th Bomb Squadron, 38th Bomb Wing with a map of Korea on the back.

Beast, that is actually the 98th Bomb Wing's insignia, maybe an engraving error. They flew B-29's in Korea. GREAT lighter, Mark.

You are correct, it is the 98th Bomb Wing. No engraving error, just an operator headspace and timing error. In other words, I miss read it when I entered it! Thanks for the correction!
