here is another in my collection, with a small roller which may actually be for a collar emblem. the eagle's right wing is bent forward, not sure if it's from age or from the Marine's personal doing. unmarked

This came from the local Flea market this AM. I defer to the EGA Experts and am curious what era & model. It is cover sized. Thanks in advance...

APO, it is an enlisted issue version of the Globe and Anchor, worn on the barracks cover. The design is pre ww2 and remained the same until 55. This particular emblem was mid war as it has the zinc nut. They came in issue with a washer between the nut & emblem.
