I think that is the title. Has anyone seen this movie? It's about aussie troops in Vietnam. I liked it.

Quite enjoyable and a neglected subject matter.

Got it as well...an interesting perspective on that time.

I have talked to a few Canadian Vietnam veterans...their observations were similar to what was portrayed in this movie.

Great film. I saw it many years ago. Though there's one part of the film that sticks in my mind. In a scene where the main characters encounter some American G.I.s in a bar the Americans are wearing the collar discs from the Class A uniform on their jungle fatiques.

I still have my VHS copy. Great movie and the Wanking machine scene with the Padre is priceless!

I remember the collar disc on the fatigues. The padre spot is great. How about the guys kit in the tree?

The Odd Angry Shot, is one of the only films that show the Australians in Vietnam. Just a note, The film did not represent our main infantry, but our special forces group, the SAS. Overall it does a really good job of portraying what they Aussies were like over there, professional in the field, and larakins on base.
