Just a couple of neat examples. The Glider pilot's wing is English made padded cotton thread construction on a blue wool combat status base. The wing is on an officer's shirt with an English made Airborne Troop Carrier patch. The Air Gunner wing is English made bullion and note that it mixes the US & Brit patterns for the Air Gunner wing! It's on a four pocket Sgt.s blouse with a nice ribbon rack.
