WWII SUBMARINE PLAQUE

Fellas - I found a plaque at a small militaria store in MD. It's a replica of the USN submariner badged, and seems to be cast bronze. Size is about a foot X maybe 2 inches X 4 inches. Didn't see a maker's mark. Heavy, detailed piece. Only a shop-sitter was there and like many items there was no price. Grrr.

 

Were these PX items or for an oifficer's quarters, and anyway app. what's it worth today?
