market garden Posted May 14, 2007 Share #1 Posted May 14, 2007 I have saw this uniform in this army surplus store for over three years in my home town. So I finaly bought it. It is a U.S Navies Commanders. Dated and "ID" to W. M. Mackenzie Jr. A little research I found him on the net. Born in RI. seving in WW2 and retiring as a Commander. He died in NC on July 8 2004. His ribbions show that he saw Pacific service and duty in China. I have no WW2 sevice info on him just civillian. His uniform is in greate shape the ribbions are sewn on and the uniform is date 3-22-51. So I have a gem at $25.00 Dollars.
