My father got these last week for me. They are are greenish gray and have a LT (JG)or ensign rank bar on it (hard to tell based on color). They are named to R.A. Hulbert. Any info as to era, model, or the owner would be greatly appreciated! I am an Army/AAF buff, so I have little knowledge when it comes to the US Navy.

I believe this is LTJG Robert A Hulbert, US Navy Supply Corps Reserve. He may sill be living.
