Unknown wings - commercial? US?

An unknown set of wings. I'm not even sure they are American, as the pin looks German (heavy, coke-bottle shape). The wreath and central enameled pice ar applied separately. Unmarked, but numbered "B005" on the pin.

Any help would be appreciated.

thats an Industrial police wing
that was worn by germans they was attached to the us forces here in germany in 1946 when you want to sell or trade it e mail me that i need in my collection from industrial police

Many thanks for the info. That got me to an excellent site with other info on the Industrial Police and their insignia, including a document for this type of badge: http://www.usfava.co.../history.ip.htm

So, this is a 5-year service badge, with the gold wreath (a silver wreath denotes 3 years and no wreath denotes 1 year).
