I have had this for quite some time and now im planning to put it for sale.
There is pistol belt sewn to it and softened shoulder pads
Asking reasonable price to it?

What era is it from? Is it dated?

There is only 6/8 of metalwork marked ending 88 which is actual date i quess
Others are marked MS22040-1 AMTC

From the shade of webbing and the hardware finish, I would guess mid to late 1980s.

He doesn't have the hardware in his hand to date it with, you do. That particular pine-green shade of Olive Drab
webbing was very common from about 1982-1990 or so. Webbing shades before that tended to be more of a flat
olive as seen on Vietnam-era webbing, and after that more of a bright olive until the popularity of CG 483 as a
webbing color mid-1990s to date. Also, hardware gets recycled, so it isn't a completely reliable guide to dating items.
