One of the entries in his service book is a performance report from William O Lowe USMC ( DSC, Navy Cross) Squadron Operations officer.
" During the Verdun Offensive Lt. Parr, was called upon to take and executed the most difficult missions, and always returned with the most valuable information" Nov. 16th 1918

I think that is one of my favorite gorupings, and with the addition of the other 90th stuff really is something all set up this is about 85 % of it. I don't want to display the photo albums in the open I have 2 of them, I want to get some type of display case built before I do that. Paul

He was from a suburb of Peoria, Newman. I have 2 great groupings from Illinois combat aviators. Thanks for the positive comments..Paul

this case contains stuff from the Parachute School and Bragg, Benning and Mackall.
second one is items used in jump operations, flanked by Normandy jumper and Market Garden jumper in full harness and equipment.
