His son is a member here and has posted numerous photos from his father's career. You should be able to do a search for Ditta and find them and possibly get a tie in to your album. It was not uncommon for headquarters staff to put things together like this after a major exercise. I know, because I did one for my brigade commander in Germany in the 1980's.
