Johan Willaert Posted March 26, 2007 Share #2 Posted March 26, 2007 Ricardo, Not sure, but they could be 29th ID troops training in England, Winter 1944...
dustin Posted March 26, 2007 Share #3 Posted March 26, 2007 I noticed they have grass in there helmet nets on right side of picture. After looking at it it seems this is a group of soldiers in training on a break or some type of lecture, the men in the front ,viewers left, are the officers as I suspect since they seem older looking armed with carbines and another man has binocular case on left hip this man aslo has carbine clip pouch on right hip. My 2 cents it is a training type exercise either state side or england. ricardo do you think these are brazilians? maybe ,that might help narrow it down.If so then this was definately not taken in brazil due to the landscape but I not real familiar with the brazilian country side either
