I know I have posted the uniform before but I just got the medals almost complete Thanks to a fellow member. I sent away for Kenneth Rose Smith medal Records then started replacing what he was issued and this is the results. I'm only one missing is a WW I New York State medal if anyone has one send me a PM . I know the Navy Cross is in bad shape but they are hard to come by these days I will upgrade soon.

Opinions always welcome and Thanks for all the support and help.

Dan

Please contact me about Ken Smith. He was the brother of my grandfather, Edward Traver "Shorty" Smith.

I am Kenneth Rose Smith's great nephew and the grandson of his younger brother Edward Traver "Shorty" Smith, who flew with David Sinton Ingalls, the Navy's very first Ace. We have located Shorty's uniform. And one of his flight logs. My son is in the process of applying for entrance to the Naval Academy. Fingers crossed for good luck!

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Traver Clinton ("Clint") Smith, Jr.
