Is this Inert Grenade WW2?

Well Blue is the color grenades bodies were painted when used as training grenades I think you would know, so it could be the other way around, some got a old training grenade in an army-navy store a long time ago and painted green it's wear due to playing with it say,

Are both ends threaded the same 9/16ths? If they are it is WW2 and would be 1943 or earlier.

This is a MK2 practice grenade. Has the threaded offset hole that early MK2 practice grenades have. The color Robin blue is correct as well.
