GIMemories Posted February 28, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 28, 2020 I was going through some unidentified pins and had no documentation on this. I think it is Soviet.
MattS Posted February 28, 2020 Share #2 Posted February 28, 2020 US Army OPFOR 32nd Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment unit insignia I think. These are the 'bad guys' at the National Training Center (NTC) at Ft. Irwin.

The Rooster Posted February 28, 2020 Share #4 Posted February 28, 2020 Yea thats NTC. Cool place. I dont know what they do there now.... But they used to field a whole OPFOR fighting force. They had some soviet equipment and visually modified us equipment and all the personel wore opfor soviet style unifroms etc etc. My guard unit rotated in and was OPFOR along with a unit from the 82nd against a reg army unit... 4th armored. Great training. Strange place. Desert.
