Hi, I don't know what that is but it's not in German. It looks like a Scandinavian language maybe Danish or Norwegian.

It could be a training aid type deal for a NATO country maybe to learn or recognize US uniforms and insignia.

The language appears to be Danish. With the "T" rank and flight officer bars, I think it is safe to say that it is WWII vintage.

Hello Everyone--- Thanks for the information on this item---- I thought it was World War Two because of the Tank Destroyer Officer insignia  and the gold Flight Surgeon Wing
