Has anyone seen trousers like these before? They are a two piece system, cover and liner. Not sure if they are some sort of rare variation. The waist strap is held together by M1 helmet connectors. Would like to know more about them. Thanks for your help!

It is definitely different, that is why I posted it.  I'm taking it nobody has seen these before?  I saw the liner once before on the net, but not the complete set.  I wish I knew more about them, I was looking to sell them.
